Seven days, unworn, in the box.
Any pair, within seven days of delivery, unworn and in its original box with all tags. Soles must be clean — a walk around the room is fine, a walk to the shop is not.
Items marked non-returnable on the product page are excluded, and so is anything damaged after delivery.
Open your order on the tracking page or in your account and request a return, or ask in chat with your order number. We will arrange the pickup.
Inside Dhaka the pickup is free. Outside Dhaka the return courier charge is deducted from the refund unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Once the pair is back and checked, refunds go to the original payment method within five to seven working days. bKash and Nagad usually land the same day; card refunds depend on your bank.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash or bank transfer to an account in the same name.
The fastest route is a return plus a new order — that way your size is held immediately rather than waiting for the return to arrive.
