How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka, one to two working days. Outside Dhaka, three to five. The exact charge and time for your area are in the table on the delivery page, and are shown again at checkout before you pay.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, in most areas and up to a set order value. If cash on delivery is not available for your address or your order total, checkout will say so and offer bKash, Nagad, or card instead.

What size should I order?

Our sizing runs true to EU sizes. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — the knit uppers give a little, the sole does not.

Measure your foot from heel to longest toe in centimetres and match it against the size chart on each product page.

Can I return them?

Within seven days of delivery, unworn and in the original box. Inside Dhaka the return pickup is free. See the returns page for the full terms.

My payment failed but money left my account.

Do not pay again. Gateway holds usually reverse within a few hours, and the order stays open so you can complete it. If the money has not returned within three working days, contact us with the order number and we will trace it with the gateway.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet. Everything is sold online and delivered.
